Our Refund Policy: We value your commitment to growth and creativity. Please note that our coaching refund policy ensures flexibility and fairness, allowing you to transfer reservations to another session or participant.

  1. Group and private mentoring reservations are non-refundable but are transferrable to another session or participant.

  2. All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before appointment time to be eligible for a makeup session.

  3. Row House Publishing reserves to right to cancel an appointment or registration for any reason and refund the total amount paid by the client.

  4. Registrations canceled by Row House Publishing because of a breach of agreement will not be refunded.

  5. Payment plans are not available at this time.
